BEER GARDEN PARTNERSHIP DETAILS
50% Of Beer Garden Ticket Sales will be donated to Safe Place For Youth our 501c3 Non-Profit Partner.
The Venice Summer Fest is a free community event, but the beer garden is a fenced in area for 21+ at the event. It's $65 to enter the garden (wristband) and then inside each brand will have their own activation within the garden. The entry fee covers all you can drink/sample.
The beer garden capacity is 1500.
Space sizes are 10x10 or 10x20.
Brands will serve their own drinks and represent their brand.
Creative brand activation encouraged.
The ABC license will be through our Non-Profit 501c3, so you will receive a determination letter.
We will not be charging for drinks, just the entry/wristband fee. 50% of the fee will be donated to Safe Place For Youth (The other half helps us cover security, staff, cleaning, build out, insurance, talent etc.)
