The Venice Fest is an annual arts and music festival that brings together the best of Southern California culture in the heart of the westside. Held on Venice Blvd in Los Angeles, CA, this massive event takes over four city blocks, creating an immersive experience like no other.

Venice Love Fest 2025 – Vendor Guidelines & Policies

Thank you for your interest in participating in Venice Love Fest 2025! Below, you will find important information regarding booth eligibility, event logistics, and vendor policies.

Booth Approval & Refund Policy

We carefully review each application to ensure that all vendors align with the vision and values of Venice Love Fest while adhering to applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any booth purchase that does not comply with these requirements. If we determine that your booth is not a suitable fit for the festival, your deposit will be promptly refunded. However, we are optimistic about the opportunity to collaborate and look forward to working together!

Cancellation Policy: Please note that all vendor booth purchases are non-refundable once confirmed. Vendor fees are non-negotiable and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Event Details & Logistics

  • Event Date & Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Location: Downtown Mar Vista, CA – Venice Blvd (Street closure from Centinela to Inglewood Blvd) 12257 Venice Blvd Los Angeles CA 90066

  • Booth Space: 10' x 10'

  • Vendor Responsibility: Vendors must provide their own canopy, tables, racks, signage, and any additional display materials.

    Booth Categories & Eligibility

    Vendors must select the category that best represents their business.

    General Vendor Booths (Limited to businesses with fewer than 20 employees)

    • Vendor Booth: Retail businesses not selling food or beverages (including water).

    • Henna / Artist / Makeup Artist: Includes face painters and other artistic services.

    • Handmade / Crafter: Selling handcrafted goods such as woodworking or artisan crafts.

    • Made in the USA: Businesses selling U.S.-made products with under 20 employees.

    • Independent Small Brand: Locally owned businesses with under 20 employees.

    • Vintage / Antique: Includes vendors selling vintage clothing, furniture, and collectibles.

    Corporate & Specialty Booths

    • Corporate / Large Brand: Businesses with over 20 employees.

    • Service / Healthcare: Businesses offering professional services.

    • Real Estate: Realtors or real estate service providers.

    • Food & Beverage Sampling (Pre-Packaged Only) – Small Business: Small-scale food & beverage brands offering samples (e.g., coffee, kombucha, snack brands).

    • Food & Beverage Sampling (Pre-Packaged Only) – Corporate: Larger-scale brands with over 20 employees (e.g., Coca-Cola, major beverage companies).

    • Community Partner Sponsorship: Sponsors who receive premium placement at the festival and marketing promotion. For more details, please contact sarah@thevenicefest.com.

    Specialty Participation

    • Classic Car Club: First-come, first-served designated parking spots for classic vehicles, which must remain in place for the duration of the event.

    • Food & Beverage Booths: Must be pre-approved and have all necessary permits required by the State of California.

      Food & Beverage Vendor Requirements

      All food and beverage vendors must comply with California Department of Public Health regulations and must specify their type of operation when applying:

      1. Temporary Food Facility (TFF): Approved food booths, food carts, or food trucks operating at a fixed location within the event. A TFF may only operate for up to 25 consecutive or nonconsecutive days within a 90-day period.

      2. Temporary Food Preparation Facility: Vendors preparing and selling non-prepackaged food, such as barbecued ribs, roasted corn, kettle corn, or fresh-squeezed lemonade.

      3. Temporary Prepackaged Food Facility: Vendors selling only commercially prepackaged food (e.g., packaged nuts, candy, soda, ice cream).

      4. Temporary Prepackaged Food Facility with Sampling: Vendors selling prepackaged food while offering unpackaged samples for promotional purposes (e.g., selling prepackaged dips while offering open samples with chips).

      All food vendors must adhere to local health and safety requirements, and additional permit details will be provided upon approval.
