Launching for the first time at Venice Beach, the Venice Love Fest is a cultural and music celebration set beneath the iconic Venice sign. Rooted in community, the festival brings people together to celebrate love, kindness, creativity, and the local businesses and artists that define Venice.

About The Venice Fest

The Venice Fest is an annual arts and music festival celebrating the best of Southern California culture. Traditionally held along Venice Boulevard in the heart of the Westside, the event has grown into a large-scale, multi-block experience rooted in community and creativity.

For this special edition, the Venice Fest brings the Venice Love Fest to Venice Beach for the first time — expanding the experience beneath the iconic Venice sign and into one of Los Angeles’ most recognizable cultural settings.

Featuring a handpicked selection of Los Angeles’ most curated brands and activations, the festival invites the community to enjoy a day of shopping, connection, great food, craft drinks, and live music in a setting that feels distinctly Venice.

Vendor Guidelines & Policies

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Venice Love Fest 2026. We’re excited to bring together local businesses, artists, and community partners for a landmark cultural and music celebration at Venice Beach, beneath the iconic Venice sign.

Here you’ll find important information regarding vendor eligibility, logistics, and participation requirements.

  • All vendor applications are carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with the spirit of the Venice Love Fest and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    The Venice Love Fest reserves the right to decline or cancel any booth purchase that does not meet these requirements. If an application is not approved, any deposit paid will be refunded promptly.

    Once a vendor is approved and payment is confirmed, all booth purchases are final and non-refundable. Fees are non-negotiable and will not be refunded under any circumstances, except in the event the festival is cancelled.

  • Date & Time: March 21, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    Location: Venice Beach, CA – Windward Plaza & surrounding areas (near the Venice Sign)
    Booth Sizes: 10' x 10' and 10' x 20'

    Vendor Responsibility:
    Vendors are responsible for providing their own canopy, tables, racks, signage, weights, and all display materials. All setups must be professional, safe, and compliant with event guidelines.

  • General Vendor Booths

    (Limited to independently owned businesses)

    • Retail Vendors: Non-food, non-beverage goods (including water)

    • Artisan / Handmade: Crafts, artwork, and handmade goods

    • Fashion & Accessories: Apparel, jewelry, and accessories

    • Beauty & Wellness: Non-medical beauty and wellness products

    • Vintage / Resale: Curated vintage clothing and collectibles

    • Independent Small Brands: Locally owned businesses

    Corporate & Specialty Participation

    • Corporate / Large Brand: Businesses with more than 20 employees

    • Service Providers: Professional, lifestyle, or wellness services

    • Food & Beverage Sampling (Small Business): Packaged brands (kombucha, snacks, etc.)

    • Food & Beverage Sampling (Corporate): National or large-scale packaged brands

    • Experience / Brand Activations: Curated experiential participation

    • Classic Car Showcase:
      Designated areas for classic cars. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles must remain in place for the duration of the event.

    • Food & Beverage Vendors:
      All food and beverage vendors must be pre-approved and carry all required permits from the State of California and Los Angeles County.

  • All food and beverage vendors must comply with California Department of Public Health regulations and specify their operation type during application:

    • Temporary Food Facility (TFF):
      Booths, carts, or trucks operating at a fixed event location

    • Temporary Food Preparation Facility:
      Preparing and selling non-prepackaged food (e.g., BBQ, kettle corn, lemonade)

    • Temporary Prepackaged Food Facility:
      Selling commercially prepackaged food only

    • Temporary Prepackaged Food Facility with Sampling:
      Prepackaged food with open samples (e.g., chips and dips)
