About The Venice Fest
The Venice Fest is an annual arts and music festival that brings together the best of Southern California culture in the heart of the Westside. Held on Venice Blvd in Los Angeles, CA, this massive event spans four city blocks, creating an immersive experience like no other.

Venice Winter Fest 2025 – Vendor Guidelines & Policies
Thank you for your interest in participating in Venice Winter Fest 2025! We’re excited to bring together local businesses, artists, and community partners for a festive day in the heart of Mar Vista. Below you’ll find important details on eligibility, logistics, and vendor requirements.
Booth Approval & Refund Policy
All applications are carefully reviewed to ensure vendors align with the spirit of Venice Winter Fest and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any booth purchase that does not meet these requirements. If your booth is not approved, your deposit will be returned promptly.
Once confirmed, all vendor booth purchases are final and non-refundable. Fees are non-negotiable and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Location: Downtown Mar Vista, CA – Venice Blvd (street closure from Centinela to Inglewood Blvd) | 12257 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066
Booth Size: 10' x 10', 10x20
Vendor Responsibility: Vendors must provide their own canopy, tables, racks, signage, and all display materials.
Booth Categories & Eligibility
General Vendor Booths (limited to businesses with fewer than 20 employees)
Retail Vendors: Non-food/non-beverage items (including water).
Henna / Artist / Makeup Artist: Includes face painting, henna, and similar services.
Handmade / Crafter: Woodworking, artisan crafts, and other handmade goods.
Made in the USA: Products manufactured in the U.S. by small businesses.
Independent Small Brand: Locally owned businesses with fewer than 20 employees.
Vintage / Antique: Clothing, furniture, collectibles, and similar items.
Corporate & Specialty Booths
Corporate / Large Brand: Businesses with more than 20 employees.
Service / Healthcare: Professional service providers.
Real Estate: Realtors and real estate services.
Food & Beverage Sampling – Small Business: Small-scale packaged brands (e.g., kombucha, snacks).
Food & Beverage Sampling – Corporate: Large-scale packaged brands (e.g., Coca-Cola, national beverage companies).
Community Partner Sponsorship: Sponsors receive premium placement and marketing promotion. Contact sarah@thevenicefest.com for details.
Specialty Participation
Classic Car Club: First-come, first-served designated parking for classic cars, which must remain in place during the full event.
Food & Beverage Booths: Must be pre-approved and carry all required permits from the State of California.
Food & Beverage Vendor Requirements
All food and beverage vendors must follow California Department of Public Health regulations and specify their operation type when applying:
Temporary Food Facility (TFF): Approved booths, carts, or trucks operating at a fixed event location (up to 25 days within a 90-day period).
Temporary Food Preparation Facility: Preparing and selling non-prepackaged food (e.g., BBQ, roasted corn, kettle corn, lemonade).
Temporary Prepackaged Food Facility: Selling only commercially prepackaged food (e.g., packaged snacks, candy, soda, ice cream).
Temporary Prepackaged Food Facility with Sampling: Selling prepackaged food with open samples (e.g., dips with chips).
All vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations, with further permit details provided upon approval.
